The join page and service emails use your shop's name and branding. Keeply supplies the membership system, and Stripe handles payments. Your customers join your club.
Members can open their membership on their phone. You get a printable QR kit for the kitchen table and front counter; physical printing and mailing are not included.
Keeply sends staged payment follow-up with a secure card-update link and alerts the owner. Recovery depends on the member and Stripe's retry settings; it is not guaranteed.
There is a small owner workspace for members, plans and visits, plus email summaries. Your team still books the service window, performs the work and records completed visits.
The read-only Club Preview is free. The Membership Desk is CA$49 per month, with no member-revenue share. Optional assisted setup is CA$297 once. Stripe processing fees still apply.
Members can request cancellation from their secure membership page. Billing ends after the paid-through period shown there. Canceling the shop's Keeply subscription is separate and requires a handover of ongoing member obligations.
Anything with seasonal upkeep: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, lawn care. If your customers benefit from a tune-up or a check a couple times a year, a membership turns those into steady, recurring revenue.
