The plain-language agreement for using Keeply — what the service does, how pricing works, and the fact that your members are always yours.
Keeply, made by Crush Digital Atelier, gives a service business its own branded maintenance-membership club. That means a public join page, member billing through Stripe Connect, and the operational work run on your behalf — visit reminders, renewals, receipts, and the payment-reminder ladder when a card fails. You bring the trade and the customers; Keeply runs the membership machine behind them.
Keeply is a one-time setup fee plus a percentage of what your club collects, exactly as posted on our pricing page. There’s no separate monthly subscription beyond what’s shown there.
Our percentage is taken as a Stripe application fee on each successful member payment; the remainder is paid out to your own connected Stripe account. When a member doesn’t pay, we don’t earn on it — our cut only applies to money you actually collect.
The membership relationships you build on Keeply belong to you. You can export your member list and their data at any time. We will never market to your members, sell their information, or use Keeply to compete with you for them.
Member payments are processed by Stripe on your connected account, subject to Stripe’s terms. Payouts, refunds, and chargebacks are handled through Stripe. You are responsible for delivering the services your plans promise to your members and for keeping your plan descriptions accurate.
There’s no lock-in. You can cancel your Keeply account whenever you like and take your exported data with you. Members can likewise cancel their own membership at any time from the link in their emails.
Keeply is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We’re not making up an uptime number we can’t stand behind.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Keeply and Crush Digital Atelier are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Keeply after an update means you accept the revised terms.
