Keeply is a small, honest software product. Here's exactly what we collect, why, and what we never do — in plain language, not legalese.
Keeply is a software product made by Crush Digital Atelier. It gives a service business — an HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or lawn-care company — its own branded maintenance-membership club: a join page, billing, and the reminder and renewal work run behind it.
This policy explains what information Keeply collects, why, and what we do and don’t do with it. If anything here is unclear, email eric@fastlanesites.com and a human will answer.
Only what’s needed to run the service:
All member billing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Card numbers go straight from your customer to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only the Stripe reference IDs and the payment outcomes (paid, failed, recovered) needed to run billing, receipts, and the payment-reminder ladder. Stripe’s handling of card data is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy.
Transactional emails — a welcome note, visit reminders, payment reminders, and monthly recaps — are sent through Resend, an email delivery service. These are the operational messages your membership runs on. We don’t send marketing blasts to your members, and we don’t sell or share their email addresses.
Keeply uses a single, secure session cookie to keep operators and members signed in after they log in. It’s an httpOnly cookie — it can’t be read by scripts — and it carries no advertising or cross-site tracking. That’s the only cookie we set.
Keeply’s application and database are hosted in Canada. Access is limited to the systems that run the service and to us as the operator of Keeply.
A member’s information is visible to the business whose club they joined and to us as the service provider running the platform. Members can view and manage their own membership through the link in their emails. We don’t expose one operator’s members to another.
Operators own their member relationships and can export their member list and history at any time. If you close your account, or you’d like your data — or a member’s data — exported or deleted, email eric@fastlanesites.com and we’ll take care of it. We keep data only as long as it’s needed to run the service or as the law requires.
If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
